AFL Round 5 Preview Part 1
ROUND 5 PREVIEW:
After a brilliant ANZAC Day clash between Collingwood and Essendon, this weekend promises so much with a couple of heavyweight clashes and of course a Showdown or a derby to some people. Here are my thoughts on the remaining matches of the round, starting with tomorrow night’s clash between Fremantle and Carlton.
Round 5 AFL Preview ANZAC DAY
ANZAC Day clash preview:
The second biggest day of the year after the Grand Final sees Collingwood battle against Essendon on the traditional ANZAC Day clash at the M.C.G. A lot has changed since last year for Collingwood with a new coach and a Grand Final loss, but one thing stays consistent and that is both teams will be intent on winning the clash. Since the first ANZAC Day clash between the two teams which ended in a draw, Collingwood has won 9 while Essendon has won 7. Who will win the 17th contest between the two? This preview will hopefully answer that question.
